Graduated with honors from the master's program in management at Mykolaiv National Agrarian University. In 2014, she completed a business coaching course and received a coach certificate under the program of Ishak Pintosevich. Holds a certificate in Business Analysis from Hillel IT School.

With over 15 years of experience in the banking sector, from 2014 to 2016, she headed the personnel management department at Shabo. Since 2018, she has been closely cooperating with the IT sector of the southern region, one of the organizers of the Odesa IT Family, and since 2022 its leader.
